CJSC “Apskaitos sprendimai” (“Accounting Solutions”) is an accounting company rendering accounting services, consultations on companies management. The company is established in one of the first skyscraper in Klaipeda city. The company was founded by two professional accountants, following Business ABC. The journey of one thousand miles started from one step, that is from decision to work.
Company’s authorized capital is 100 000 Lt; also, the company has insured its activity by civil liability. The company maintains close ties with specialists in fiscal law and takes an interest in court practice.
For the third year already, the company successfully develops its activity – in the course of those years, number of company’s employees has increased from two to nine. The company has allotted a considerable share of its income to employees’ extension courses and seminars.
Company’s leadership works in the accounting sphere for over ten years and takes an interest not only in matters of accounting profession, but also analyzes companies’ management tendencies in Lithuania and the European Union.
Company’s employees are young and enterprising qualified accounting specialists, having completed tertiary education in the fields of Accounting or Finances, and members of Lithuanian Accountants and Auditors Association. Company’s employees understand subtleties of applying International Accounting standards and Business Accounting standards.
In addition, company’s success is predetermined by the fact that more and more often, small enterprises choose companies, which handle accounting, for keeping the books. In such a way, funds are being saved for creating workplaces and receiving a qualified service. Therefore, company’s clientele always receive not only consultation concerned with book-keeping, but also advice on company’s management; moreover, they can always come and use office equipment.
Undoubtedly, growth of company’s activity was predetermined by good relations with company’s clientele; trust was won not within one year. Not only business-like but also friendly relations developed with CJSC “Klaipedos altas", CJSC “Baltic West Trading", CJSC “Todarsta ir kompanija", which at present time has changed its name to CJSC “Stogo gama". The company helped more than one foreign company to solve questions of LR tax burden, to establish daughter enterprises, and handles book-keeping.
CJSC “Apskaitos sprendimai” along with its clientele implemented more than one international project, and company’s clientele successfully develops activity not only in Lithuania, but also in the EU countries.
While developing its activity, this year, the company has opened a sister company in Kretinga, where it will be engaged in not only usual activity, but also will handle company’s juridical procedures.
